Love: I love how they used their own personal experiences to explain teh flaws with the TDIs and how they managed to really understand, define and get deeper into the meaning of a team.
Hate: I hate how they only surrounded their research on TDIs and not regular teams or teams in general to give us some intel. (For our case; Seniors)
Surprise: I was surprised on how much detail they went into and all the abbreviations they used to maximize team effort in such an efficient way
Random: When they used the terms time and money, really got me thinking if those are the most important things in life.
Desire: I desire for this organization to do the same thing with our teams but I know it can't happen

Impact of Learning: This scholarly article had a big impact on my learning ESPECIALLY on my prior beliefs and principles. This means that it actually challenged what I though was just a team, team work or what effectiveness actually means. This expanded my knowledge of how to be properly efficient in coorealtion with time and team members. It refined the my definitions of terms like a team. It valued every team member and all their tasks which then covers the bigger picture. An exampled that enlightened me was using Apollo 13 and its challenges as a team.
