My project is an online business that I will be running probably with a peer. Doing this business is for an experience overall since that is what I am pursuing for my future career. Doing this will also help with my resume since if i am successful as a young kid in high school it would look good for me. Another reason why I am doing this is to hopefully fund for a trip to toubkal or elsewhere. I can easily measure whether I'm successful or not thus far by simply counting how much money I make compared to my goals that are listed below.
OKRs
Week 1: learn how to communicate with partners who are also doing business, and set up all required accessories for myself and my partner Hicham El Mazid.
Week 2: by the second week i should have made a few sales and gained back some experience to actually start making money productively.
Week 3: by this time I should have my business running smoothly, but not consistently or efficiently yet. Starting off slow is a key point to being successful, if i rush and make a mistake i will struggle with the recovery process.
Month 2: if 2 months have passed and I have already made my desired amount of money which is around 300 to 400 dollars, i will consider my business very successful and measure my success that way. If I do not make my desired amount of money then it's not the end of the world. I still have 4 more months to get enough money.
Month 3: this is the time where I should be very efficient with my work and not spend any time with time wasters that are not serious about investing in my services. By this time I should also have invested around half of my money on my partner Mr. Hicham since investing in his dropshipping business and hopefully the investment will make it more successful. Communication between me and my partner during this stage is absolutely necessary, because my peer requires investing to get his business started, and would only invest a little amount from his own pockets, which is why I need to invest in his business.
Month 4-6: during this month hopefully we would have enough money for everyone to go to toubkal and would continue to fundraise purely for other expenses.
By the first few months, I'll hopefully have this business to a level where I can make money consistently and get customers easily, since my project is all about gathering customers so I can provide services for a price. By the next month or two i would have developed a new technique for my own money making business, hopefully a more efficient and consistent one. Making a more efficient method may be risky and could make me lose all my customers, although it could go very well and make double the amount of money i did before, since if i stick to one niche of this type of business i will make money but slower that i want to, expanding my business to other services could get me more amounts of money. This project will be a success whether my online business fails or succeeds, if i am fortunate enough to have my online business succeed then that would be my project, if not i would switch to physical business and/or fundraisers.

Senior Project Individual Project Plan
SP: In general, my senior project idea is to gain a rollercoaster of experiences from traveling with my peers as it correlates with something I wanted to research and write about since middle school. The art of teamwork, team unity, team bonding, team building, making memories and more are all themes that will be evaluated during our senior project. This will also include working with personal problems like inconsistency and indecisiveness. The idea is to find a destination such as toubkal to gain all these benefits TOGETHER. Together with the help of the online business, we will raise money through fundraising as a team to fulfil this idea.
Goals:
Septembre: I would define my SP idea through a project plan, SMART goal and sources.
October: During this month, I will organize my SP idea. This involves gathering all my teammates that are interested, assigning roles, finding a possible destination and starting my research.
November: During this month, I will organize fundraising events to fund our trip later in the year. This will include events like Halloween, opening a shop, and creating events for the school to participate in. I will also dive in personal problems that I will solve with traveling and team building which will be the heart of my research and motivation. This month will also include writing the first five pages of my research paper. (Finding scholarly sources). Furthermore, I will also update the website created by all the members in this SP idea accordingly.

My senior project idea is to learn and experience through traveling. Someone who might want to join would ask where to and when. But the thing is that does not matter because you can learn through any trip to anywhere, whether it be to the Rabat Zoo or to Antarctica.
