3 2 1 rule

Today I stayed in bed for my first three periods and of course attended class but I just couldn't get the energy to leave the comfort of my mattress. But I started applying this rule in my life recently which I saw Steve-o do in one of David Dobrik's vlogs. This rule stated that when you had a challenge or obstacle, every time you counted down from 3 to 1 you had to do whatever it was that you were hesitating about. I started applying this rule to everyday things like jumping into a tub of cold water, or going to brush my teeth and today I applied it to getting out of bed and coming to school to run the hanut. And it worked perfectly because ever since I started applying this rule I haven't failed once and keeping up that standard of never turning my back to a challenge has become motivating for me. Now this means I have to run the hanut alone today but oh well...
