Trip and Event Planning

Over the past few weeks we have been trying to come up with a rigid and solid plan for the trip. However, it has been a lot harder than we could have expected. This is because finding bundled trips online makes our budget skyrocket, and trying to find things individually gives us a lot of research and reference points to keep track of. On the other hand, this shouldn't be an excuse for us because we are 6 people and if we split up the work, then I am sure we can overcome this hurdle. Another big concern we have is that there isn't enough time for us to fundraise enough money, although this may not be entirely our fault considering the pandemic and its effects on actual businesses, it will be our fault if we don't come up with the solution. I think we should hold a meeting with all 6 group members and determine 1 or 2 activities or events per week which will help us fundraise money from now until the end of May. Each activity should have a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 3, that way we could ensure the management of multiple events over the same period of time.
